Sustainability rating platform EcoVadis, has awarded KJ Chemicals a Silver Medal in recognition of our sustainability achievements. We have been received high praise since participating in 2022. The Silver rating is given to companies that score within the top 15% of all companies.
　EcoVadis is well known as the most reliable platform that evaluate the sustainability of more than 150,000 companies in 185 countries across 250 industries by independent assessment and original analysis. As a result of the assessment and analysis of the four categories of Environment, Labor and Human Rights, Ethics, and Sustainable Resource Procurement, we received high ratings in all categories.
　Our production site is located in Yatsushiro City in Kumamoto, where is a rich natural environment and an abundant water supply. We value this rich natural environment and will continue to keep on the environmental preservation and to improve our sustainability.

　*EcoVadis ratings are four levels: Platinum (within the top 1%), Gold (within the top 5%), Silver (within the top 15%), and Bronze (within the top 35%).
